RETURN POLICY

We offer return or exchange within the first 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased during sales or special offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement, subject to verification.

All exchanged, replaced, or damaged products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

You agree that certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. Such exemptions will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted return or exchange requests, once the returned product is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email. If approved after quality inspection, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.


REFUND POLICY

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through our platform.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller or merchant and shipping has been initiated, or if the product is out for delivery.
  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests will be processed only after verification by the seller or merchant.
  • If the product received does not match the description on the website or your expectations, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Niyasnorukks, it may take up to 15 days for the refunded amount to be credited to the original payment method.
